Francesca Doyle – Practical Emotional Intelligence Skills
Twenty–five–year–old Francesca Doyle lives in Scarborough, North Yorkshire. Francesca is currently working as a clerical assistant but is also studying for an NVQ in accounting. In her spare time Francesca enjoys reading, walking her dog and socialising with friends.
Vision2learn was recommended to Francesca when she made enquiries about enhancing her performance at work and encouraging her career development. She visited the vision2learn website and came across the Practical Emotional Intelligence Skills course. The course really stood out to Francesca, as she explains:
